Wedding videography at The Out Barn

Originally built as a traditional stone barn, The Out Barn has been meticulously restored to retain its authentic character while seamlessly embracing modern architectural elements. This unique blend of old and new creates a space that is both captivating and inviting: wooden beams and modern design elements infuse the ambiance with a sense of contemporary sophistication.
But it is not merely the architectural beauty that sets The Out Barn apart; it is the very essence of the venue's surroundings that make it truly enchanting. The Ribble Valley, with its rolling hills, lush meadows, and ancient woodlands, forms a breathtaking backdrop that changes with the seasons. It truly is spectacular, and come into its own in the summer days, where The Out Barn becomes a wedding venue like one you’d find in the south of France.

Clare and Sam’s day at The Out Barn
Although I’m really familiar with the area, having already filmed at Bashall Barn or Hobbit Hill, Clare and Sam’s wedding was my first time filming at The Out Barn. I immediately started flying my drone to capture aerial footage of the venue, which you can see in the opening scenes of their wedding film. The Out Barn has such a unique architecture, which truly comes to life when filmed from up in the air.
On one of Britain’s hottest summer days, The Out Barn was absolutely perfect for Clare and Sam’s wedding. They had planned for the majority of the day to be held outside, with guests enjoying drinks and games out on the lawns. All of this, with the amazing fields and scenery surrounding the venue.
Unlike a traditional wedding, Clare and her maid of honour Siham, each decided that they too wanted to give a speech, which I’ve used as a thread within the highlight film. Clare and Sam’s wedding was a really emotional day, and their wedding film captures the essence of this stunning wedding venue, the breathtaking setting, as well as the strong relationships that they have between each other.
