Wedding videography at Delamere Manor
Delamere Manor is a luxury wedding venue located in the heart of Cheshire. The area is renowned for its picturesque landscapes and idyllic setting, and the Manor offers timeless glamourous charm with a modern twist.
Delamere Manor is award-winning venue, and it’s easy to see why. The estate covers of 100 acres of pristine countryside: manicured gardens, woodlands, a stunning lake. It always looks spectacular for a wedding, particularly if you elect to have an outdoor ceremony. One of the most remarkable aspects of Delamere Manor is its exclusivity. When you choose this venue for your wedding, you gain exclusive use of the entire estate for the day. This means you and your guests can enjoy the entire property, ensuring privacy and an intimate setting for your celebration. This level of exclusivity allows for a wedding experience that feels truly personal.
I absolutely love filming at Delamere Manor. The country house venue is full of stunning features, and the surroundings look incredible for drone wedding videography. For couples seeking a breathtaking wedding film, Delamere Manor provides an abundance of picture-perfect backdrops. From the serene lake to the lush gardens and the historic architecture, this venue is a videographer's dream. It truly is a magical venue.
Catherine and Sean’s day at Delamere Manor
As a Cheshire wedding videographer, I’ve had the privilege to film at some of Cheshire’s top wedding venues: Wrenbury Hall, Colshaw Hall, Dorfold Hall, Merrydale Manor, Sandhole Oak Barn, or even a wedding in Chester City Centre itself, but this was my first time shooting a wedding at Delamere Manor.
Catherine and Sean’s wedding at planned by the wonderful team at Dale Alexander Events, one of the UK’s top wedding planner teams. I already knew this was about to be a spectacular day, but nothing prepared me for the day ahead, as Dale had meticulously planned the most sensational wedding: Parisian chandeliers. Dramatic florals. Stunning dress. Exquisite room dressing.
When I first spoke to Catherine and Sean, it became evident really quickly that family was everything to them. They have a very close circle of friends, and their family means the world to them. To me, their wedding film had to capture this magnificent venue, and more importantly tell the unique story of Catherine and Sean’s family.
Catherine and Sean’s outdoor ceremony on the terrace was magical, and very emotional. Catherine was really nervous walking down the aisle, and Sean did shed a few tears. And they said I do surrounded by their nearest and dearest, in front of Delamere Manor’s breathtaking views. The Courtyard was home to the most intimate wedding breakfast. Dale and his planning team had dressed the room so beautifully, it felt like an enchanted place. The wedding film captures some of this magic, but it genuinely is a case of ‘You just had to be there’, to truly experience what it felt like.
The evening did not disappoint either, as Sean had organised for Chinese dancers to kickoff the celebrations, which Catherine didn’t know about. Her reaction when first seeing dragons and hearing the drums says it all. A true masterpiece.
“What sets Joce apart is his uncanny ability to capture the subtleties—the stolen glances, the shared smiles, the gentle touch of hands. These are the moments that define a love story”
