What a night: The Wedding Industry Awards Regional Finals.
I was absolutely delighted to have made the North West Regional Finals for Wedding Videographer of the Year North West. There is some insane competition for wedding videographer in the North West, so to be sitting at the same table as previous winners was awesome.
No awards for me in the end, but super proud to be a wedding videographer Regional Finalist this year.
Plus, I got to wear my suit again, which I hadn’t done since before covid 😅 Surprised it still fit me!
Congrats to all the winners, everyone is very deserving 🎉
I love being a wedding videographer, and ’ll be back to the Wedding Industry Awards 2024.

My sister organised to have Joce film our wedding as a wedding gift for us. At first I was nervous as I wasn’t sure I wanted someone to film me on my wedding day but Joce listened to our needs and I hardly noticed he was there. He managed to capture everything so beautifully and we have watched the video over and over again. I am so happy with the video it truly is better than I could have imagined. From setting up my wedding film business, Lune de Miel, less than a year ago, to being a regional finalist …. Humbled. Grateful. And motivated for what’s to come.
Onto the wedding awards ceremony next! This year’s Wedding Industry Awards ceremony is on 8th November at Crow Wood Hotel. Wish me luck!

Review
Hiring a videographer was a last-minute decision for us, but Joce made sure it was definitely a great one! Although we only contacted Joce 4 days before the wedding, he took the time to listen, offer advice, ask questions and make sure he understood our vision for the day.
He was helpful, professional and most importantly, he made us feel completely at ease, fitting into our day like a friend.
Joce did an amazing job of capturing the special moments whilst capturing the fun atmosphere of the day. Subtitling the speeches for the French family was an extra special touch.
Joce kept in touch after the wedding and sent us preview/bonus clips the very next day to keep us in that wedding bubble whilst we waited for the final product. He also contacted us to discuss music choices so we were involved in the decision.
If you are undecided about hiring a videographer, we would say that it was 100% worth it and we couldn’t recommend Lune de Miel studio more
